Vincenzo Gringoli is a Partner in the Milan office. He is a Partner of the Financial Services practice. He joined Bain & Company in 1996. Since then, Vincenzo has contributed to clients in a number of industries with focus on the following areas of experience:
- Strategy definition, set up of strategic plan
- Customers segmentation
- Products range development
- Re-organization and restructuring plan, post-merger integration
- Costs reduction and Operations improvement
- Re-organization of distribution networks
- Design and implementation of control systems
Prior to joining Bain, Vincenzo worked for EniChem Group and then, from 1989 to 1996 in other consulting firms.
Vincenzo graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University, Milan.
